Then used the trolley for OHP one push the bari sax up. Then we lompang the stands into the trolley. Then went past michh who was lugging a tuba on the way. Hahas. then went down put the trolley then bring up two stands leftover. Then locked the room went up. Michh locked the room then went down tok tok bout outing. sighs. Then went orchard shop shop look look then went home.

Under the baton of Mr Tan Aik Kee, the band was very impressive. The concert hall was packed and the atmosphere was terrific as many turned up to support the band. In remembrance of the late Alfred Reed, the first half of the concert featured his pieces whereas the second half featured an exciting percussion ensemble performance and more fun pieces like Japanese Graffiti VII. I personally feel that the band had great control of their technique and the tone production was good. The ability to be able to convey feelings in the music proves to be one of their greater strengths. The soloist in the Ballade and The Way We Were were fantastic and the woodwinds amazed by being able to play the running notes in Praise Jerusalem. The performance also featured the NP Alumni Band, which played two wonderful pieces and the clarinet quartet and percussion ensemble. All in all the concert was marvelous and it was worth the ticket price.

as exchange. Yea basically the driver lost his way again. Dunno why all of them like marine cove so much lol. Then went there intro icebreaker then lunch. Was quite ok la then had ice-cream and drink. Full. Pirates. Vs pppl so damn pro sia. Really diff atmosphere. There was this kind of confidence exuding from all of them players. Yea super loud. Pirates quite alrite. Then heard band a play some elvis song. Then b4 tat we went to shout bina and tat conductor just turn his head and look lor. So damn siasuay. Yea then vs played amer graf 8 (frank sinastra hits medley) were literally chased backed to school. Overall damn fun la. The vs ppl are funny and they are pro! =)

last band prac b4 the big day. Was quite wonderful generally and tat stupid patch keep coming off. Mr tan and jiahao said I too loud. Oops. Then we were to write something for the vs guys. Made jiahao write. Then sharine me and Sharon were spamming tat piece of paper with things like bala u haven give Sharon ur number and the sort la hahas. then went wif jiahao and sharine to je station. Yea. Talked a lot on the performance, who’s coming and the sort la.

VSCB 40th Anniversary

big day! Went to school. Bumped into cornet section on the way. Drank some ginger beer to calm down, and went to sign in. gave bina her lollis. Then went up wif shufen and jingru. The majors hurried us down and zuraida went about her usual routine. Then boarded the bus went vs. lucky no more u-turns and the sort. Reach le then settled into their humongous music room. Was damn huge. Then is a rehearsal of alvamar and foxfire. Mr Tan sort of encouraged us yea play to the ceiling. Then was pirates. Then went for dinner! Wonderful 2 bucks dinner *rolleyes. Cleared the boxed, dirtied my shirt wif the gravy. Then played taidi. Then it was confiscated by zuraida. Then went back. Sharine and michh din some last min work wif us. Then we went to line up le. Went to watch them play Alleluia! Laudamus Te and American Graffiti 8. and Imran is so funny as emcee. Yea I guess vs ppl are liddat hhaas. Then went to line up. Veri nervous sia. But syf tat time worse.

Went into the auditorium. Yea played tuning note. Then foxfire. Was damn nice yea. Then dropped stand be alvamar. So damn loud. Really shaken. Then it was marvelous yea slow part was really nice. Yea. Then dropped the stand after the song again. LOL. Then went up meet the seniors. Yea.mr tan was happy and Christofle said I did well to drop the stand and tat he was laughing his ass off. The jiahao said I play very loud. Cos alvamar can hear tat bass part. Then zai congratulated me as we were leaving the auditorium. Then yea. Saw a lot of the seniors. Hahas. then christofle was saying he din noe alto got solo. Yup.

Then was pirates. But b4 tat the honour band ppl have to line up the the sweltering heat outside the auditorium. Then went in sit. Pirates was pretty nice. But some parts were screwed I guess. Maybe due to lack of practice bah but it was generally nice yea. The mood is there =)

Zuraida returned the cards. Then heard them play the last pieces. Rhapsody for hannukah is nice. And the solos are damn nice. And seems like yuzhu and Sharon are smitten over bala. Then the former was like see see he so pro oohh ~~~~~ “-.-
Then returned back to nh. Seniors lompang-ed the bus. We were like larfing over christolf zaewe pearl and marie’s jokes lor. Damn farni. The went to put instru in 1o6 classroom. Franz was so nice help me carry instru. Then signed out and went home.

The memories of this day, all the hard work tat bore fruit, all the sacrifices made by everyone to make this possible, will always be etched in us forever. Till the end of time.

Camp over le. Was alrite la, and really enriching.

Day1

Early in the morning went clem central to buy stuffs. The ntuc not open so went 7-eleven and buy water bottle, sweets, and ff. then bumped into jiahao and went to school together.

Icebreakers, they all bully me one. Then lunch was ahem ok? the food is edible la. Then band prac then tea them fame night preparation. Wwas doing some skit modeled upon Cinderella. Then dinner, watched the guys and puaybing play bball. Then went to bathe. Station games next la. First stop was caiqin and taoran one. Did the thing twice. I stuff all into mi mouth and blew the bits out as I chewed. Then keep asking taoran whether can come down then she agree la. Then was the canteen one. Lost and stood on table sing song. Then sharine de station. Was like she was lambasting us the whole way. Eeh, think too much nco camp influence le bah. Was really getting hot under the collar and wanted to lash back liao lor but nvm la. Then was jiahao’s station. Found the one on the clock. Then went down to do forfeit. Really siasuay myself la. Lol.

Went back dorm. No one was slping. Then met mdm zuraida and she asked mi bout the subject combi. Gave out sweets and then finally slp at 130am.

Day2

Woke up at 5. bathed and went to lie down to watch sunrise at the open area with yuxuan. See the stars and the moon hahas. pt and then breakfast. Nasi lemak. Wasn’t real nice and left mi with sore throat. Then drills was scolded blahblah. Then no drill test. Then band prac sectionals. Practiced the songs for open house. Then lunch and noridah totally suck la. So what if they have to do double pumping, it does not give u the right to scold michh liddat u noe all becos she was the first to arrive after asking everyone down. U make her wanna cry liddat. DO U HAVE A HEART OR NOT. WHY NOT LUG UR BIG FAT BODY UP TO FIND US INSTEAD OF SITTING THERE AND WAITING TO BE SERVED? Total bitch sia. Then the buffet was alrite la. Yup three servings.

Then band prac, then fame night. Cornet got first and best section. Congrats. Then the show was really funny. And then presented the gifts to the seniors. Was really close to the sec4s and was like holding back mi tears. Quite saddening la to see christofle go really left us memories. Like how he spam alvamar fig 21 for example hahas. then jiahao is still tall. Then wenlin, chermaine and jacinta left me with notes n goodies. Thanks ppl 4 the memories.

Debriefing. Helped ivan get his stuff and the go band room, volunteered to clean up the dorm.then did the survey and went down. Then at the carporch there accidentally dropped the 1.5 litre bottle tat I bot 4 amelia one. The bottom got one hole then water was like spilling out la. So went to wash the car porch literally lol. Went home slept at 830pm.exhausted.

Broke my toenail tat night while singing and I knocked against the edge of the garden..

realli had nothing to do. so changed skin. spent three hours though, the ie keep hanging. yes i have left the credits there aso. =)

bot all the prezzies. still have money to spare. camp tmr. =)

was sick the whole day… think I made it worse by going heeren. Was shivering badly there, cos of the air-con and the rain. Almost fainted, fever, cold hands and feet. Then I dunno what I was doing going in circles. To heat myself up bah. Then mi mum stole all my presents and she disappeared. Was searching the entire heeren for her and in the end she went to watch byran wong and mediacorp film a show. -.-

sore throat sore throat go away. If sore throat later bina treat me durian I cannot eat la. Wasted la. Then tmr have to go clementi de ntuc at 630am to buy lollipops for bina. Shun bian buy sweets. Need herbal drops for sore throat aso… arghs. Buy strait times blah blah.

Band todae was fantastic lols.

Sharon went at 1045 to mit her fren. Then at 12 asked tiantong and she say we not going buy shoes till after band rm closes (1pm). So was taken aback la. So called Sharon, (actually she called la) and she was so dismayed (she alrd heading to queenstown mrt, she had gone past the gantry in clementi mrt). So bo pian she had to go there wait like 2hrs +. Poor her. Then we kept practicing PoC. Was nice la,generally, was not to impressed wif mi tongue at all. I mean going semiquavers in tat song for like 20 bars continuously is tiring but nice, gonna work harder during band camp.

After 1, went down with bina and yj to canteen. They went to eat. So went up again meet tiantong who jus returned from meeting. So went down and bina and yj din wanna join us, so we took 197 to queensway. Sharon and co from queenstown mrt aso went on 195. so met coincidentally ya. Then went queensway shopping center and walked ard. Saw bina and yj there. So we joined and tiantong was searching for socks. Finally found them after going about in circles. They bought and split the cost among 12ppl.. went ard looking for shoes. No shoes. The closest one that resembled it costs $35. a bombshell la, no one bought that much.

So was deciding on our next step. Called jiahao and we decided on going jurong west de. The st52 one. So went to take 198 and went jurong west. In the bus was playing and chatting with Sharon, jewel, bina elena and anita. Reached. Tiantong alighted at wrong stop. Told her tat and she told me she noe tat place got a huge tiger beer sign one hahas. so took 99 for two stops. And she was there apologizing;Asked the rest to go eat first while me taoran and tiantong went to look for the shop. Found it and went kfc meet the rest. Bot them there and they wenta try on the shoes. Yup. Bina has same feet size as yj hahas. while the assistant went to get the shoes went to play on the playground. Was throwing rambutan skins at Elena and bina and anita. And the rocking thingys are nice =) aunty say not enuf stock so some will have to buy next week. =(

Tmr I’m gonna get the presents alone. All have things on. So I have to go sch collect from sharine and possibly to sharon’s house to collect from her and then head down to orchard. Gonna walk the whole orchard road from wisma to cine.

Budget not enuf… maybe gonna be short of money. Have to use my own money first it seems. Dunno what to buy aso. Shall consult sharine tmr.

Yuzhu will definitely owe me money. So unless I get the money from her the lump sum collected (20 per person) cannot be redistributed to u all.

Heard that those in band a have to play a piece (combined) at exchange ONLY. Gonna be easier than PoC sharine say de.

Campcampcamp. Packed everything le. Gonna be a busy week ahead.

The qn I have in mind these few days (and is realli troubling me for a bit) needs to be asked sooner or later… it is only a matter of WHEN. But guess I will not have the bravery to ask tat… oh wells, shud really take a leaf out of kk’s book hahas.

Sometimes I feel like veri chi dun. Actually at one time my family tot tat I was dumb and mute, as I din learn to speak till I was 5. yah, they almost put me into a handicapped nursery or something.

Todae was alrite aso bah. Visit my uncle in potong pasir. Turned out to be a mass congregation of mi relatives and out of my entire family, onli my aunt shares the same faith as me. Then dropped mi second aunt home in jurong west then went ntuc near mi house. Somewhat the white choc reminded me of some incident months ago… oh wells. Was raining terribly and was super cold. Grr.

Lunch had fried noodles. Went home. Mi mum cooked magi mee (2 packets) and surprise,she tot I not enuf give another bowl of leftover noodles from two days ago de. In the end super full. Yup. =)

Section outing tmr… dunno what to buy la. Going band first then queenstown mrt then marina sq. dun think I will be having dinner at home. Maybe go bowling there if have time (and money) left.

Todae was alrite la. Went to visit my uncle at his hse, he sported an exploded hairstyle and his face was peach red. Heard that we all may be going to KL next month… have to see how bah.

Then went IMM Giant. No mood shop la, all renovate till all the signs all gone. Then went Kovan for dinner then came home.

Its final: not going cg tmr. Todae mi parents keep saying excuses. From go out too much to must buy camp stuff to pack the cloths cupboard to visiting my uncle in hospital. They just keep changing the reason when the obvious reason is tat they wanna ground me. All the excuses are to make it sound nice in mi opinion.

Band todae was alrite. Full section, and yuzhu came as a flower vase and I had to scold her blah blah for her ’flashy’ attire. (aiyah so obvious it’s for mr foo la… and to make ms yeo jealous =)) then practiced alvamar, fig 21 improved la, and I tried yuzhu’s alto. Veri nan ting la. And the michh gave our PoC scores. Tot veri slow one then I was like omg when it started. So fast! Then got one part for me tat shud be more suitable for violin then lower brass lol.

Then went to bus stop with bina yj and sharine. Yj forgot her scores except tianmimi and postman! So she’s stuck woth the two songs for the wkend. Then when choy din ans sharine’s call yj veri bu shuang liao.

Went potong pasir for lunch, then went home to sortof collect snowboards. Got one just now (lvl 24 one) after playing for half an hour lol.

Packed all my band camp stuffs liao. Actually is I was FORCED to.

I dunno whether the haversack thing on the checklist means tat we have to bring an EXTRA haversack?

Oops, almost blew my top todae, in light of all the things tat happened.

Here to clarify one thing to my section: why am I so eager to want u all to come band camp. Firstly to not to come for the rod means severe disrespect to the seniors. Secondly is tat u will let the whole section down, and cripple the section when it comes to activities and interaction. Thirdly, with the performance so close, missing out on this chance for seniors to view us and correct us or advice us b4 the actual performance. The band prac during the camp is impt aso. As well as the drills. It is not tat I’m forcing u all to go. But those who dunwan to go give such stupid excuses. Like yuzhu who said she is not going cos wenxin is not going and she will feel lonely. LONELY? U have 50 over band mates there to tok to and it is still lonely. Aso a chance to make new friends mah. The optional practices are not tat bad. Optional, but I would wish for most of my section to come, not to stuck with sharine again as is the case during most after-school individual practices.

But I have to commend the sec1s for their grit and talent in figure 21 pf alvamar! U guys played damn well todae.

Just came back from kbox. Was damn tired, had to rush aso, those ‘overconcerned’ parents of mine were shouting mi home. Went there in the aft. Mi BO LIAO mother kept following mi. her aim: to see my friends.(cg) in this case. Of cos I cannot let her see, if not. U will not see mi alive again.

Managed to shake her off. (finally). Met terry, alex and weiping at cine, then waited for Claire and mich. Was raining heavily, and they came back from sentosa late. So then went kbox. Was veri nice, sang lots and lots of songs. I sang one teresa song, yesterday (beatles), yesterday once more (carpenters), please mr postman (carpenters) and she bangs! Hahas lol

Enjoyed myself a lot. Happy bdae Claire! =)

Argh, dropped mi mouthpiece and it broke into two pieces. T.T bo pian have to use tat *ahem spoiled tenor. Had drills in the morning. Veri slack. Then sectionals, practiced foxfire and alvamar and I have to say tat this is one of the best sectionals tat I ever had. =)

Went back band room, stumbled through alvamar (for me). Then debrief and sec1s went to take uniform. Then tiantong and sharine was giving out, went to try on a skirt (read XL size) and I dun look nice in one. =) Don’t think I’m strange or something, its fun. Then put on the blouse and freaked everyone out. Then yj gave me a lolli. Then a lot of things happened. And they were funny =)

Went home wif yj and bina, dunno what to do… cannot wait for band prac! hahas

Hais din go orchard todae, so no lollies. My mum dragged me to bugis instead, u noe, she wanted to visit seiyu one more time b4 it closes. Veri sian, even she was bored, so went the new national library. Went to all the floors, and then the exhibition. (u noe, the zheng he one). I visited all the galleries while my mum, who forgot to bring her specs (as usual) dozed off. Guessed the aircon there is pretty comfy ehhs. Hahas.

Then went home. My relatives came todae. My couz went to print some things on mi printer. And after dinner they were going ga-ga over the zen micro, and my aunt bombed our living room with hokkien songs (she sang la of course). Hahas, must be in our family genes. Mi couz had to go back nus le, so they went off.

Band tmr, hope my parents don’t nag over kbox anymore. (which they feel tat kbox is a place full of estacy, ketamine blah blah) diaos. Tmr is official second last prac b4 rehearsal at vs. bina got class outing, so if yuzhu continues to pon, we will have to stick to a depleted section tmr le.

Decided to ask christofle and jiahao if they want to perform on 3rd dec, cos being the pros they are, they can easily master foxfire and alvamar (christofle comes to mind: the ultimate pro kia=)) having them back in my view wuld be a great boost for our section and alvamar. =)

Time flies, gonna be 2006 le… feels like yesterday when I first stepped into nh for registration. Really lucky to get in, (scrape in) as my psle score of 241 was luckily the cutoff for tat yr.

west coast

Had such a great time at west coast park wif w279 and w220. =) met Jeremy, weiping and yongzhou at clem mrt, the went west coast. Met with the others at the mac there, then went to an open area to play games!

Got the west coast carnival todae aso, and the place was super crowded. Played bomb, and I had to burst the balloon twice cos I took forever to win in RPS. Then captains ball. Went to enjoy the flying fox and then Jeremy got his bdae present. They played at the inflatable castle and then the whole bunch of us were caught to attend DANCE CLASSES. LOL. Partner was Claire and we sortof blundered our way through the dance course. Had great fun hahas.

After tat wenta lazed ard, listened to band songs wif Claire on mi mp3, then a bit of volleyball, dinner at clementi coffee shop. 915 le, mi dad called to CRAP me. (once u go out u dunwan come back home izzit?) lol, izzit they care about me or what too much le. Then if I dun reach home by 10 he will ground me. So bo pian have to take cab home.

Tmr going orchard AGAIN. Dun ever seem to get sick of tat place though.

Maple is turning quite sian now. Lol

Still owe bina 5 lollies over her ‘5A1s’ have to look for it at cold storage or isetan tmr.

Onli two more practices (count three if band camp included) till the exchange. Jiayouu! And still got the open house performance, so among my section yj has to work doubly hard. 1st to master figure 21 of alvamar (this applies to bina sharon and yuzhu as well) 2nd to master the parade songs as she will be backup. I aso have to polish up on my stamina, which seemed to have dropped significantly since the start of the holidays, and aso sluggish fingerings and tonguing.

31st NCO Camp POP

Reached jurong east int at 445. turned out tat no one else was going, so I left (luckily) on the 545 bus (66). Reached bukit timah, traffic jam. Lucky was not late, reached there just in time.

Reached le have to stand, cos no space le. Then the parade started at 7. the bms and dms marched out and after countless minutes of inspection, presentation blah blah, the fun part started. The combined sg police band put up an exciting performance featuring bagpipes (!) and dance. Was veri nice, esp the bagpipe sound.

Sometime b4 tat was the march pass. Saw michh in the last section of the squad. Damn serious, then sharine aso. And the guy beside her was so freaking tall. Lol

Then the dms played ard with the mace and blah blah, and they brandished ORANGE FANS! Lolol then were like waving it or sthing liddat. Then the bms played some nice pieces. All them so pro lor, even flutes can be heard veri cleary. Bm jiu shi bm.

Then the thing ended at 740. toked and waited for sharine and her section and went home.

Band was nice todae. Improvcd a lot in my playing, which I found out was due to the reed. Then yj practiced veri hard at home and todae saw a drastic improvement in her playing.

After band just went home and slacked. Yup, nothing nice to report.

Accompanied my mum for post operation checkup. It involves slicing of the gum in the mouth then drill screws inside the gum and sew it up then crown it.

Bill will come up to ard 8000 plus. Eew, no holidays le.

Went to my aunt’s hse and toked bout teeth, denches, braces etc. seems like our genes are all the same. All have triangular teeth and I hold the record in my family for having 4 of them. Hahas.

During my utterly dull and boring pri sch time, I fought with my schoolmates twice. One is I hit him with a chair (read the metal tip of the chair. Used it to hit his head) and the other one I sorta punched him (read stab him with a table tennis racquet). Lucky was not caned sia. And I still hate tat (insert any expletive here) parent who came and shouted at me. Felt like punching him sia. My results in pri sch were inconsistent blah blah. Like stock market =)

So one day one guy swung a hockey stick and it sort of hit me smack on my mouth. Actually in hockey we are not allowed to swing the stick above the knee but he went to swing it as if he was playing golf and it hit me.

So one of my front tooth broke into half and some other teeth was chipped. It was so pain till it became numb. It broke into half! Wtf. And they retrieved the other half which fell on the bball court. The nurse put a temporary crown on it but it fell off as I ate bread the next morning. So I went and replaced it four times and tat nurse got irate. So she called a specialist from ndc to come treat it. So tat guy came one day and put a permanent crown. Pain sometimes and all I rmb is a ray of blue light in my mouth. So it was patched up and it has remained there till now.

Rejected braces cos it has more cons than pros. Cannot bite hard stuff, no sour stuffs, pain, cannot eat this and tat and blah blah.

Now I found out tat the reasons our teeth are yellow is because as a child we swallowed toothpaste time from time and ta-da, there is some chemical in it tat will cause the permanent tooth to come out yellow.

Being Accountable

When we are dealing with stressful situations, it’s easy to tell ourselves that it’s not our fault these things are happening to us. It’s easy to complain about how tough life is, and retreat into our shells, shutting out the world.

Sometimes, when I find myself in frustrating circumstances, especially during times when I have other things to worry about concurrently, I feel overwhelmed. It’s so tempting to think about crawling into bed and wishing that the problem would just go away.

But that’s hardly the way to deal with life’s challenges, is it? So I remind myself that I am accountable for everything that happens to me in life.

Being accountable is being answerable for one’s behaviour. The opposite of accountability is victim behavior. If we’re not willing to accept responsibility for the situations we find ourselves in, then we’re playing the victim.

When you make yourself out to be the “victim”, life happens to you. You feel you have no control over your circumstances. You blame people, events, bad luck perhaps, for everything that seems to go wrong. And when things don’t get better, you start to imagine that life somehow has all its odds stacked up against you. The feeling is called “helplessness”.

But this state is by no means accidental or coincidental. You’re feeling this way by choice.

Think about an area of your life where you feel things aren’t going the way you had hoped. Now, ask yourself this - “What action can I take right now that puts the control in my hands?” One thing you can immediately do is recognize that while certain unpleasant and frustrating things happen in life, you always have the ability to take matters into your own hands and create better circumstances.

Immediately, you will feel the frustration and stress ease, because you will realize that things do not have to stay the way they are. You can make changes, and you can control the situation. You may not be able to solve the problem immediately but there are steps you can take to alleviate the pain, the stress, suffering or whatever that’s slapping you around. With every small action, you come closer to making big changes to your situation.

Was not up to standard todae during band prac, cannot hold long notes, then like chest pain and veri suan when running out of air, but luckily improved as the prac continued

Played bball after sch wif miaopeng, jingru, vivian, amelia. Then kk and huilan came later. Played under the scorching sun. you all bully me! 4 on 1 sia. But my bball still sucks. =) then is me and kk vs the four of them, hahas, like kk is the one who always scores, I’m onli responsible for the doubles.

After tat, kk and huilan went on their honeymoon hahas. they went off first, then the rest of us went long john eat, was too full so din eat much. Took mrt wif viv, she and angella all went for jobs on sat. she and angella at bpp. For the what authors new book thingy.

Now at home dunno what to do. Too lazy le, dun feel like doing anything except read news or listen to mp3 lol.

Streaming results out tmr, maths remedial aso. 1130-1330. dunno which class I got into. But there is a high chance tat I wun recognize anyone in the class cos onli two other 212ers (ky and lijie) chose the same course as me.

Went to sentosa todae wif the cg. Celebrated alex’s bdae, made him do a lot of things on the walking stick. Then played captain’s ball, injured myself with all the dives etc. ouchies, then wade in seawater worse, but it felt better afterwards.

Went school for hcl, which was boring. Ended at 11, went to slack ard then went to maths. Ms ong taught statistics todae, which is boring and tiring and easy? Lol. So then went to play soccer till 1.

Was late cos tot I started at 1, oops, sry ppl. Things got from bad to worse. I cannot even blow a note out during foxfire, and was like my instru was resisting me lor, then my tongue todae like stone liddat, must be the hangovers of yesterday’s headache. So played badly, go corrected a lot of times, and it was not until 4+ tat I finally had some tiny clue of my Monday’s form. But then the instru de sound was going wavey and it got worse after alvamar and repeated foxfire. Felt the ‘bubbling, or rippling’ of the saliva which was unfortunately stuck at the bottleneck of the instru. So at 4, bui song liao. The long notes the wavey sound got worse and worse so took a cloth and emptied the thing. Came out like tapwater liddat, then the cloth too wet so it spilled onto the floor and I used the cloth as mop to mop it up =)

The during break I went to empty yj’s instru of saliva. 13 drops I counted hahas.

Then playing sat night, and the principals walked in. and mr tan was getting exasperated and irritated. So it continued and we changed song. Then he was like bui song liao, must be cos of the long prac taking its toll on him aso. One example was when he shouted at the sec1 troms to sit down after band prac. Sighs, hope tat we will improve next prac.

Showed Amelia my report book, and it attracted a lot of ppl including mr tan. Oops

Went central and and gt punished to run three rounds by sharine, cos I tortured the CASE too much. Hahas

Went to suntec and bought a bag todae. Sling bag… which is definitely much nicer than my current one lolls. Which sucks utterly.

Thinking of changing the song. Listening to flight of valor can be boring, but the prob is THERE IS NO MORE SPACE IN MY BLOGUPLOAD ACCOUNT. Lol so it will still remain as this bah.

Band tmr, maths remedial aso. Fri one cancelled so tmr extended to 4pm… aso wonder when she’s gonna treat us pizza hut lol

The onli thing I am proud of in my house is the food… which is definitely much nicer than those in restaurants cos my mum is a lazy but wonderful chef while my dad by his own admissin onli noes how to use the microwave oven, which unfortunately for him, also die alrd for two years liao.

Packed the room yesterday and got rid of my rubbish todae. My dad did most of the cleaning, while I did the sorting, and he was getting pissed as I was on the phone for an hour plus with leon toking maple, which my parents call the mushroom game, as the mushrooms are SO cute.

Been mapling the whole week

Almost lost this house last wk when a blender exploded. Was mapling tt time and it just went BOOM. Look like a big candle, got tat flame on top de

Last day of school, le, gonna miss 212 lots. All the memories and fun and diaoing… two years had flown by le, everyone had worked hard for this day, just wish tat everyone will jiayou for the future.

I have aso known many things this yr, like hp, mp3, etc. maple aso. Aso regretted a lot of things, like tat incident two mths ago among others. In band I’ve really known a lot of ppl and am sad tat the sec4s are leaving soon.

Results actually improved from last yr and I have the mid year showing to thank. Won shuning even if tat revised report card, 0.5 percent… gonna miss the competition we had next year though

I am sure everyone noes this well

Triple or Double?

This is surely a qn tat everyone has to ask themselves. Triple students get more exposure in the area of sciences, which DELAYS their choosing of a path till JC, ie, they can have more choices and not be limited to be say, bio and chem.

Double students get to focus on a specific industry or career path. For example, bio and chem. students aim only to be doctors. The jobs available for bio students are much less than physics pupils. If physics and chem., it is harder, with all the physics formulae, but in the end u will gain more than those taking bio. More jobs like engineering are available also

Triple students get to study all, thus they get to weigh the pros and cons of each subject before choosing a specific genre to continue on in physics. This cannot be done in double science, where u make the choice NOW. Even though it is more stressful, the end reward is tat u are exposed to ALL genres of science, and become more knowledgeable

Next crossroads is humans. Geog or hist? Lets say tat geog is not easy as many ppl expected it to be. It is often underestimated in that sense tat it is a ‘confirm pass’ subject. History requires more contextual knowledge, but with proper studying and note-taking, the potential to excel is there. Electives wise, history and geog are both about the same. Both requires u to link one chapter to another. But if u are a person good at writing, history just wins geog a little bit as it requires written ans which are long. History answers are more flexible (gasps) actually. Geography demands word for word copying, as different words may have different meanings and thus u get marked down. History is not tat serious, in the sense that u are free to phrase your sentence in anyway u want, if it contains the gist of the ans, u get it correct alrd. The marking scheme is aso very flexible. You can agree OR disagree to a extent for the sourced based qn, and the marks allocation will still be the same. Ie, if u say agree more, agree – 4m, disagree – 2m conclusion – 1m. if u choose disagree, disagree points get u 4m, agree points 2m, conclusion 1m. in the end u can still get the full marks (7m for example)

Geography requires more out-of-the-book research, in the form of internet and newspaper research. There will aso I predict, be more projects in geog. One advantage of history is that it can relate to social studies well, as both contain sourced-based qns. They are interlinked in tat sense. If u score very high in structured qn in hist, why not, u may actually benefit in hist than in geog. If u like the MCQs, which are traps in my opinions, go take geog. Short ans qns? Aso geog. Thus on paper it seems that geog HAVE the potential to outscore hist, but actually, it is riskier. U tell me that history only has 2 qn, isn’t it riskier? I tell u, history is actually simpler. Once u noe everything about the specific topic, you just spill it out and wahoo, you’ve done it! For geog, it is tested woth a WIDE range of topics. Once u forget, u die. Cos the short ans qn are this: they want straight forward ans, no beating about the bush. For history, you can crap all you want, as long as the rough meaning is there you gain the mark. If you want to improve your English, history helps in that sense that the essay-qn are steps to actually improve our writing, planning skills in compo u realize that?

The geography syllabus is a little bit more strenuous than the hist syllabus. U compare the number of chapters in the geo and hist tb, u would be surprised.  However in JC, it is diff. I dunno much here but is tat we must take one pure humans. Thus, we are banking on the elective or pure subject to do well in JC. However, with hard work, I am sure that we (those taking triple science) can be able to excel with hard work and PASSION. Passion is impt as it determines, as mr tan says, your aptitude and attitude, even if you do not score well for the subject. Ie, if ur physics is not good, but you really like phy, then go ahead if u have the passion. The school is not stopping u, the reason why they let us choose first b4 the report books are out is to ensure that we choose according to our PASSION, and not just by the results.

So think about it wisely and make your decision, for once you make it, it is going to affect you for the rest of your life and there’s no turning back

Went sentosa today for the cg events. Quite fun, played the ni xian zai yao qu na li. First stop was the butterfly park. So took tram, then go to the bus stop. The auntie told us to board blue line. So we boarded and it went to the visitor arrival center instead. There, we asked another auntie and she directed us to yellow line. And it led us to the wrong place again. Cable car station.

Moral of story: never trust the personnel in sentosa island, esp the aunties

Finally reached there half an hour later, and found someone going to PALAWAN beach instead of siloso beach. Search got narrowed down to ppl wearing skirts. Find find cannot find. One hour later… slacked still cannot find. One half hour later, almost give up hope liao. All go underwater world de and in tour grp. The station master changed it to girls only. Finally found one at 430.

The busstop was full, so we unwisely chose to trek back to siloso beach. In the end we went TREKKING lol, what a really nice workout after the treetop trail.

Then winners were announced, and we went to the beach played house. I hit a house lolls.then waded into the sea. Ironically this is my first time into the sea and walking on sand barefooted. After tat had a chat with Jeremy bout nhss and went harbourfront and home.

Part 2 of escape adventure

Bev went to chase a shuai ge aka jemimah’s bf. Tat guy was terrified (?) and ran away, until weiru finally cornered him. Turns out he is p6… weiru was funny… and we chased him all round downtown east b4 tat. And tat guy pointed his middle finger in public when we boarded the bus

Not a good choice jiemin. Lols

The whole story of me getting back my results is as follows.

First to get back was lit paper. Was marked by some Mongolian guy (amos khan) and his purrfect English really turned us off. Change channel la man, dun bug us. Hahas. 38/50. lost by 1m. 1-0

Second was the maths paper. Shuning aced the first paper. And then ms ong said tat she topped the maths overall. My paper 1 was 45 at first. Then added 1m (I did not write cos 30 as it was alrd in the qn la) and surprise surprise I won by 1m. 95. 1-1

Then was geog. Poony came and read results. Shuning – 93. wow. She IS inhuman. I got 82 onli. 2-1

Chinese was next. 64 overall. Really disappointing, but heys, my languages were always bad. 3-1

Art was last for the day and toh, with tat humongous big eyes of hers, inspected our art SO THOROUGHLY TAT SHE FAILED HALF THE CLASS. Wow. I mean, how can, our class highest was 63! And the lowest… ehhs, no need say. SHE REALLI SUCKS MAN. I mean, I see classes getting a 76 lor. And our standard ain tat bad lor. Freak u la. 3-2

Second day

Went hall, got eng paper. 30/50. pissed, scrutinized every mark and hey hey, he shortchanged me two marks! 32 but still lose by 3. sighs. 4-2

History next. Structured was badly done, 55/75, and mcq… freak ming liang lol 23/25. some ppl really unlucky in the structured lor, after moderation marks toned down. Pity lor. I went to arg with rajaraja on the agree disagree pt and she closed one eye give me 4m! and mingliang got 6 off raja to get 82 aso. Lol. 4-3

It is getting tight now. Science is the last paper lor. Got back chem., 31.5. arg with see and minused one mark. Was not too happy so I searched and have him add another mark, so no change bah. Later I rewalli have to thank my chem for pulling me up. Worst was yet to follow however.

The next half hour must be probably the darkest moment of my academic life so far. Was totally, I mean totally HUMILIATED in physics. I was mauled and torn apart by the eric express. Quan jun fu mo. I got lower than class average, which was 43.5, and was totally crushed by shuning, no thanks to the calculation qn which made me fail the section C. was totally shocked. Lost my composure, looked at the paper and cursed myself. Could not withstang the pain anymore. I just let the floodgates open. Eric came and consoled me. I was bitter, and even though I din show it, I am still sad in my heart.

went to treetop walk in the morning. Walked real long, sang with Edward kahhao and seryang, and saw a monkey peeing. Freak of monkeys.

Another day has passed. Went west mall at 10, but was too late for the movie. Guai tat 105 lor, 20min come, hmphs. So went eat, then go TS, then go popular at 11. read the o’level history textbook. History rawkks. =)

Then met dom they all at 12, buy boosters and went to jec. See them skate a while jiu go imm. Buy a ball and play soccer de. In the end din buy, so went bowl at chevron.

Shawn, kqeon rawk at bowling, so bo pian I’m the last one. 5 strikes and 40 gutters. Broke record aso, strike, gutter, strike, gutter, strike.

Then in the sixth game we strated teasing each other. Larf and embarrassed till siao so got 14 consecutive gutters. 00700000000000000. ms yeo something something then everyone hit gutter, then bout stead de… damn funny lorrhs…

So then we meet the rest at je mrt. Three of us ran and left leon behind. EXERCISE. Muahaha. Then went bb with dom and shawn and buy boosters, then slept till orchard.

Dinner at cineleisure and saw Ben aso. In nh uniform. Hahas. went heeren and bought ultimate movie music collections by the CPO!! Hahas, gonna watch the concert here aso soon! =) went home started mapling. Noob here tyty, help is appreciated =) now lvl8 onli. Boohoo

long day today.morning went school and pia science, cos I last night read chemical bonding onli. Too tired liao lor. Then read read read, din even read electricity notes lor. Die liao.

Then was the eoy, ok la. PHYSICS MCQ QN 8 ANS is B. u noe, the light ray one. And chem…. Ok bahhs =X

Art was crap, din bring my brushes. Almost painted with newspaper strips till raja ask Jamie for a brush. Thx. Then was crap. I drew the picture then realized tat I drew on the wrong side. =( but overall my picture sucks.

Then played soccer… pro keep rite?!!! LOL. Then lyesim came and chased us away and we crap to her lorrhs. She wanted confiscate our ball, but then still return cos me dom, kq told her we tmr no exam liao. HOORAY

Went central with seryang, dom and others. They at pizza hut eat finish liao, so we went kfc and I goped kq’s bag downstairs =) szechuan chicken sucks. Dom spilled the mountain dew all over himself. Then went jec to meet bev they all, went and milled ard the ice skating rink, see ppl fall down and there was one guy who kept walking slowly on ice instead of skating. LOL obstacle to traffic.

Went kfc and bev and dom started foodfight. Then quickly ran away b4 we kena catch. Took mrt to woodlands de popular. Was looking for language discs but din find it. After tat went wait for bus. Knn I go there it ran away. Freak it, make me wait 20min for a freaking bus. Even the go Malaysia one come earlier lorrhs

Finally reached toapayoh at 705, then knnbccb wait half an hour for a freaking 105, even 143 and 57 came three times lor. Lucky took 153. then I see behind de 105 packed like sardine liddat. Then traffic jam -.- wtf reached home kena scold =)

Topic: SUPERMARKET (my view)

What are supermarkets? Big scary shops who usually kick the asses out of every small provision shop, and provide everything under the sun in a store.

Of cos there are many supermarkets in sg selling the 5cs in an earlier post. Personally shop and save in my area, the walkway is so damn small, any plump teachers (read yeo and nori) would have difficulty passing through then. And the fishes there would be better off being used to smack butts rather then for consuming cos they are not fresh. Maybe mr chee shud cane students with fish instead of canes. And the rotting smell at least wun be as bad as a BURP from you-know-who

Yes, their service is good.. and it is air conditioned! Hahas.

I dun feel like doing anything rite now, so lets tok crap.

Whats up with a good condo?

Ok, its one of the five Cs, along with Coconut milk, Chimpanzees, ChiaLekKee, and orange flavoured swiss mountain bar Chocolate. =) jkjk

So wad makes a good condo?

Besides having the Largest unit in sg (wow, my house is so big, I can keep two elephants in it and let it shit everywhere, and I will also employ the Largest number of maids in sg to clean up the mess),

and also besides having a celebrity neighbour (hmms, ms yeo lives in my block, and I write a letter to tnp and the bca (building constructions authority) to ask why my housing block did not collapse while under siege by some enemy called ‘ singing ‘, maybe she soundproof her house so well that now every thing in her house has shattered? From late night singing perhaps)

AND besides also having a ‘haunted’ condo (ehhs, this house is haunted, the roof above my unit is always having ‘ thud thud thud ’ sounds in the middle of the night, and It always got louder and louder, so I call in the reporters and the SPI and they came to the conclusion that there is no ghost, only some professional singer ms yeo upstairs tossing and turning on her bed every night cos she cannot sleep and thus the thud sounds and why she goes to work having black-ringed eyes)

I feel tat there are three other reasons for a condo to be called good.

Firstly, something bad must have happened there, cos Singapore ppl are strange, i.e. they onli rmb the negative things tat happened to this block and not good things. Example, they will remember that a taxi drove into a condo swimming pool in heavy rain, and they needed a few days to fish the taxi out cos they have to drain the water out first. (it really happened one yr ago at my fren’s condo) rather than what condo has gotten what award. (even I cannot rmb which award goes to which condo, some Excellence award perhaps?)

The second is tat someone in that condo got into news all for the wrong reasons. Take the example of A certain president wannabe in sg, who was ex head of the condo council. The condo says tat he was fired, but he said tat he resigned. And It caused a saga tat left him in a bad position. Besides not being a president, he traded lawsuits with a lawyer. (actually is they sue each other)

Third is the en-bloc programme for OLD CONDOS. It has such a nice name, so I feel tat is good. =)

Went kaiqin’s house after lit exam to study.. opps, PLAY. =) yup, played fifa street with murph, bev, kq, kashing, kahhao, sai and dom!! Hahas, got thrashed by dom. And I knew tat long john de fries don’t taste good when it is cold (but btw, what does?) then ben came, we played and then wenta eat. TIONG BAHRU PAO IS NICE. ;P

Have to do art todae, stage 1, just colouring. And revise inequalities, and can slp early!! But I think I lost all the notes liao. Shit it. I’m gonna be real dead.And after maths gonna play a bit of soccer than go catch a movie with dom they all, think they watching ‘ goals ’. Yea.. time for enjoyment tmr, but still have to do art stage 2. but the nice thing is tat our exams onli have one more day left! Nice nice feeling after every paper. =)

Last night pia Chinese. din finish (of cos). Then go school revise, zaoju and forgot everything during the exam. I look at the paper and went gahh then everything stare and stare and stare. Then the compre I went blank and the summary just made it end on a sour note.

After exams went central with the whole lot of 212ers. Den went play street soccer at ave2 there. Damn fun. Lolz. Finally, stress relief. =))then went home with kaiqin.

Pia literature, actually dunno how aso. Then tmr hav to do stage 1. boo!! Art sucks.

Yesterday de history.. was ok? lol went to school and crapped. English paper2 was ok bahhs, then break, pia history. Actually is not pia la. its just asking some qns and making fun anf toking crap with the guys onli. Then peter tan came invigilate. *faints. Din seem to be a good mood today. But luckily the history paper was not as hard as I expected. the structured some qn is opposite of last yr de. Finish liao, slpt. After liao then realize tat many ppl din finish on time. Gd luck. after sch went mac, yah, sorta enjoyed ourselves. =)

Went home. wanted pia geog de, but then slept till 7, then after dinner was not actually revising. Watching tv lorrh. Then keep sending bina songs. Hahas. started piaing at ten till 12.30, can’t seem to get anything into my mind. Geog sux. My mind spinning like siao. So nvm, heck liao, wenta slp.

Todae had geog paper. ok bahhs again. (never ask me how hard a paper is, because I will always say the same thing : ok bahhs) then got two trick qn in the mcq, then last qn for structured I ehhs, anyhow put. =)

Then eric tan came, and kianyong went to test the geog A1 student = mr eric tan. Then murphy was making fun of him. (A1 for class test rite?) funny lor =) then test him mapwork. Learnt a new fact todae = atlantic ocean is the one surrounding Antarctica. Hahas, contributed by mr tan. Then deserts. Din noe any more deserts except sahara. And he din noe got such thing as congo basin. LMAO. He’s fun =))

Went mac with half the class, enjoyed again, but lucky no yesterday de food fight. we rawk! Then went jurong east library, not to pia Chinese, but to read newspaper. =) read till 1, went home.

the beginning of the end

it was in pri three when i first went to llc. hmms, tat time i was like stupid la. but then go there ting xie full marks. and i admit i was a bit of a crybaby then. hahas.

so i took EMSC again in p4,5 and 6. it was fun at llc, and i consistantly topped the class. and collected many points (star awards) to exchange for presents. to date about 600 points for 20+ prezzies like erasers, pencils, wallets, files etc.

one tchr to rmb is mdm suzanna who taught me eng for 4yrs. veri fond memories of her teaching us, her attitude was just right, and many ppl improved and tuition became fun for once. but she left after 2003 after her second child was born.

made lots of friends and acquaitances there. we have been together since p3 and included guiru, nella, jennifer, wanyu, joel, shamus, hongkai, tianboon and chinyi. =) i will always rmb them. even though many had left alrd in recent yrs.

the tchrs too are nice. esp the chinese tchr mdm mak. she was damn funny yet strict, yah, like liang laoshi in nh. =) she still said hoi to me this yr even though i did not take cl (hcl mah this yr). and fun tchrs like ms yong, ms gladys chung etc.they are all young and studying, and they understand us very well.

the counter lady auntie an was nice, always asking us about our studies etc.

however, i did not show all my good results in the psle exam, onli getting 241 and squeezing into nh tat yr. then chinyi and i were close. ya. tianboon this yr aso.

so my heart is heavy tat i am probably not coming back next yr, due to other more impt committments during the weekends. and.. i will miss everyone there

thank you all for nurturing me and giving me the confidence to succeed this far. without llc i wuld probably not been in nh or have the results tat i am getting now.

headache man... today had music test, and ms yeo sort of sworn us to secrecy. hmms, then hcl test... not bad la, but realli can see tat everyone in our class has been putting in 110% effort.

ms ong borrowed a period from wong.. then was hist.. aft sch was pw, stayed back to watch presentation.. shuning is a good one.. potential to be host? hahas.. jiayouu =)

went with leon to library... read a book halfway - the irish question - dun think any of u will like it though.. cos its a history book and onli mingliang besides me will take time off to read such a book.

ehhs, ya. summed up quite a bad day for me. twisted my left ankle in the field before the oral. was goalkeep. tried to catch a bouncing ball but tripped in the long irrigation tunnei i call it, and fell and injured my right knee. actually is nthing la, but my left ankle is damn pain, esp after falling for the third time in one week, exact same place of my food. damn it, the field is cursed.

ok... the second day on my mc is coming to an end..

eyes are getting better no doubt, but still have tablets and the ACCURSED eye drops to face. siann.

lit project deadline is tmr. pia-ing it late at night. wa lao.... search on internet cos din bring FOF home, then cannot find anything. find the poem cannot find the bios, and vice versa.

in the end used those from the sec1 rainbow TB. yah. haiz. printed out the bios and the poems but no mood to write. shall do this tmr. haiz... wish me luck.

after school delagated instructions on the billboards to shuning n yilin. ya, i'm slacking. =) played soccer in the field. fun man... damn nice. then went back at three, they onli finished one. diaos. i did the second one halfway give up. lolz.

wenta set up the stall at the canteen. smack in the middle. wired up the walking advertisement. i went on four trial runs. beverly they all were busy spraying the billboards. hahas, damn nice the result. thx.

went touring the stalls... saw yj, bina (forced me buy 2 lollies) and sharon. hahas. then 207 selling tea egg. damn nice the smell. then went 210 stall, and angella pull me to buy their choco marshes.ya, it was damn nice man. hahas, had three of them.

finished adding the words to the banner at 5. then like everyone except us were selling alrd lorrhs. we cannot sell cos the jelly haven come yet. eric tan's house.

then lighted the lantern with michh n zuhui. damn funny.. then went for the procession alone... saw lots of stuffs. halfway my lantern burned out, then i ran all the way back... to the stall to take my bag... then went to amphitheatre where 212 is. they were all playing with the lanterns... then eric tan dismissed liaox no one wanta go home.

symptoms of sore eyes showed in me. damn red and pain. its a class epidemic of sorts, as 10 odd ppl have alrd been infected woth sore eyes. and it is contagious... so be careful ppl..

busy day man... haven been getting enough sleep/

music was alrite. ms yeo (think: peasante) was pleading for music project:

"poor boys and girls, we miss like 4 lessons in a row.... i let those who went one concert onli go to UCC tat exhibition count as one concert.... i want u to do INDIVIDUAL work, not groupwork, and just need a two page report, one on each concert. no need the files, pictures, colourful decorations and paper etc. i dun expect 10 pages, juz 2 pages from everyone, and i wun deduct marks if u dun give it in a file etc. please, i want all of u to do the project. 50% lehhh. dun tell me u are going to pass ur music without the project... no one ever got full marks for my tests easily.... so i give u till next friday to hand in... and btw u are the onli class i allow u to do this."

actually craped more, but tat's the main gist of wad she said.oh ya, she showed us examples of the files handed in by 205. two pages of paperwork... lols, relieves the stress on me. =)

after school stayed back do banner. went central buy materials. 6 billboards, acrylic etc... all together $35.30. went back sch, reach at 4, did the things with yilin, cy and lijie, who (as usual was toking crap). we managed to spray the billboards.

went home, buy spray, $16, and took the banner home to do. sprayed till 10, damn big thebanner, 4m by 1.5m. did till blue spray run out. used lots of gold and silver paint. this is the largest, (and costliest) art piece i've ever done. the end product was somewhat nice. i mean, a red lantern, 212 in yellow, our prize winning lantern, and the moon with shooting stars..... lolz.

oohs, have been real busy these few days, so no time to blogg.

wednesday. nice la. maths was as usual, then was assembly. wearing tat sch tie to assembly. dots, look weird. then got the puppet show thing. farni but still fell asleep halfway.

band was nice la. i set up all the stands. ooohs i'm good. tradition liaoxx mah.m =) sectionals first. took charge of sax section. was at a loss of wad to do after long note and sequence. lucky sharine told and guided me along. thanks! yuzhu was damn bui song, dun wan listen to me. always tok tok tok, then mr tan toking she blow air into instru. and she is like pressing the fingering damn hard? then we will all be pissed. and i will keep asking her to stop it but to no avail.

practiced foxfire. CO performing for midautumn, then we break go look there.

did the scale and scales 5' and thirds n daily warm ups. ok baaa. then bina came, warmed her up and then played.

discovered tat our section realli have serious problems.

boo, todae's lit is hard. eric tan also told me it was hard in the morning b4 paper. haha, ms yeo came to take us. toked crap on self-disclipline.

reccess played soccer, blah, injured miself, first casualty on the wet court. boo. then came back kena by poon. "why are u so late huh?" then she made us (20+ of us) do mindmap on water pollution. was toking to yaozhong then that idiot vidya came and kaypoh. bitch leh she. think u so big huh? =) n tat ball got confiscated by chee. blah blah, heard tat they were dribbling it along the corridor.

then got back geog paper. 17/20. highest liao with 3 other ppl. then poony went through ans, then i went ti tao fen, 1 mark, become 18/20. muahahaha. =) shuning got 14, bad for her...=(

then lunch wenta canteen, walked ard toking to ppl. boring sia. heart was heavy, then went back klas, saw edmund ng doing a mass sweep of magic cards again, a lot of ppl kena. lol. then eng, got back ct. WTF! 17/30. of course no good. admitted defeat to some ang moh tuition centre liao, maybe considering going dere liao, mi english so lan lorrhs, summary was disgusting, onli 9m.

then of course, whole class wqenta tao fen. then shuning got 22.5,den a lot of ppl get 15-19. then mi turn, added 2 marks to 19.then ok, look at shuning, i not happy, so went to line up again. i bu shuang liao, took a dictionary as evidence. haha, got one more mark, 20/30. not bad lar.=) but still not up to standard. vocab 1m, summary 12m, then the openended 7m. SUCKY RESULTS. muz go ang moh tuition soon. but then not bad lar. go dere then sun become free, then can go chc. hmms, not a bad arrangement after all. =) (and ppl out dere shud noe which ang moh tuition centre i referring to)

hmms... history ct is finally over! can rest easy liao..

history was crap, n i wrote a stupid essay on the sourcebased. haha, crazi me. not much happened todae lor. english got back class test, got 18.5/30. BADD.. ct muz score betta, but i still preserve mi top status. hais, the days are getting brighter with each rising sun. onli left lit, maths, sci and cme. i mean, the worst is already over..

ms ong give tips for the ct, since she was the one who set it. the AM simultaneous qns most likely be around 6 marks.then she said tat u muz do it quickly, since her papers are LONG and tiring. ok, being in her class for so long, we noe wad to expect liao, and also to finish papers at the last second.then she said tat other classes might find it difficult but her three classes will be able to cope with it. then she say tat she is going to kill everyone at congruency... so prepare hard ppl. good luck!

tml is lit. dunno wad to study since our dearest joy koh said tat "the onli time u study lit is during mi lesson" so? wad ta do now?

geog was a killer. has, onli studied 21-25, din study deforestation, desertification n environmental crisis. anyway poony say 8marks on commonsense qns, but anyway i dun hav much commonsense anyway, so .. fail! haha.LoL. mi klas gonna be shocked if i fail. anyway, i write the 2nd page until veri full, no more space liao. throw everything inside liao.. =)

then lit give back lit paper, koh say a lot of things, lessons are fun. got 8.5/10, quite ok la, but not wad i hoped for, ct muz do better. then eric tan lesson. quite nice lah. then he damn sicko today. "u knoe hor, dun waste electricity juz by washing one piece of underwear or panties with a washing machine". lol. sicko! hahahaha. then he say two pin plug then got extra hole at socket there mah, so he said "dun you think of sticking anything inside the hole, cos the hole is too small and u cannot stuff it in, unless urs is super small lar." then the whole class laughing like siao.. haha, farni lor.

LOL. then finally finished mi crappy evaluation essay then close shop at 5.40. onli left mi, yilin, lijie, cy n kianyong. haha, lye sim made a model out of wire to show us structure of lantern. toked bout loadds of stuff in the 3hrs. history, mid-autumm this yr (we hav to set up booth this yr) then about art also. also gave us loadds of help with the lantern design. then she say all her classes veri slow (202,208,212) slower than mr ng de.

went home dead tired. planning to study history tml morning. juz kidding. crazy of mi to write such long posts everyday during ct. left now onli hcl hw which is outstanding. can heave a sigh of relief liao... =))

aft tuition went home eat then take 133 to lavender. can't stand it man. hot, hot, HOT and cramped too. so got off and took mrt to city hall. boo, reach at 115. wnta shopping at raffles city n citylink. went mph and slacked. bought bible also.

then 230 yj came. ha. toked and rushed bina. then bina came and we talked crap and flowers. u shud noe wad i mean... lol =)

then michh came at 250. late, rushed to esplanade.then saw simin. yjen announced came tat concert hall full liao, cannot seat anymore peeps liao. BOO! heard starwars too. then simin went n we went library. michh went to look at music scores and the rest of us toked bout results, tchrs and ... ahem.... LoL

then michh cannot borrow score, then we wenta p.s. de yamaha. saw instrus and reeds. then wenta look at ABRSM theory score. michh grade 8 liao. jiayou. yj also grade 6. then went ta see perc instru. the snare so natural lor. has. ours was screwed. then we say all the perc instru in our sch are screwed horribly.

dunno leh cannot concentrate during tuition. haiz, still got one week to band... sad lor. then stupid cip on mon, cannot go band. I WILL KILL TAT TCHR! delay me. humphs... SAD!! will miss pp from band.

talked to tianboon. realised that peicai (yes, the bronze band) have just finished (finally) playing Prince of Egypt (after 2 mths). rather small band lar. but nvm. then he say they holding performance in Dec, prob with hongkah sec. boos. shit tat porkball.

maths got test. damn easy, on statistics and trigonometry even though i pon the wed lesson for YMCA.

science was rubbish. going through atoms chapter. this is wad she said.

todae was rawkky! =) 11am went toa payoh hang ten buy pink shirt. $9 and think tat pink suits me well. then rush ta dhoby ghaut. was smsing emily, can't find dem. finally found dem at p.s de entrance. onli 8 ppl came: cynthia, emily, jojo, me, weiping, meiling, lapkan and keith. last three from npcc de.

then walk ta ymca. was with weiping. nice guy. =)) den reach ymca le. then it started at 2. competing against fuhua, sji, chij, s'goon gdn, fairfield, tanglin, yusof ishak and amk. 1st game was wad? i forget liao. it's bout finding ppl who can do or have things which are listed on the piece of paper.

then second game was scavenger hunt. emily was searching for all the things. not bad lah, got 8/10, considering we onli got 8 ppl while others got 20 over, even 30+. then was singing. nice songs, felt His presence in the tiny function room. then rev. zhuang preached. talked about offerings. then about a rich man and lazarus. den he said tat we must all say YES to Jesus, so that he can clense our sins and show us the way to Heaven. touched and blessed.

then was the third game called dragon ball. everyone has to tie a balloon to their feet and try to stepo on the opposition de. 4 cell leaders joined us cos we too little peeps. then dey told us to play defense. it worked, but some tanglin spectators come and kajiao, den they were all pushing. lol, neighbourhood sch, expected behavior man. =)

ok, we lost, got second from bottom (onli won fuhua) but was fun. den was cheer comp. to decide top three. sji got first, tanglin second and chij third. we dun hav manpower. lol, but was fun. yeps.. =)

den went p.s. for dinner, met jeremy at yamaha, going for bible study. den chatted with the rest. ya, refreshing experience. the went action city bought an electric fan. den went mrt with weiping. talked about chc, cell grp division, then he told me chc is rebuilding its jurong permises then december moving temporarily to expo. haha, was real nice.

went ta sch this morning. raining like siao. went classroom dem milled ard the sch. band room opened at 7. yep. late.

then haven set instru jiu rush to prize-giving. haha, tops for science. unexpected man, i mean, u see my results for science dis term, like shit lah. then sharine ask me ta go up.

blah blah, performance was nothing short of disaster. ha, mi section fault. sry.. =( sch song was terrible. yuzhu din noe how ta play, then heard her play wrong rhythm, wrong note, wrong everything. lazy jiu lazy, practice also neber come. scrouge of mi section, u betta improve horrhs.

knoe i am a bit short tempered todae because of above things. so sry if i offended u in one way or another. the statement is just for u to work hard and not slack during sectionals.

thought mich handled the snare incident quite well. haiz, luck not on our side todae lorrhs.den went prize-giving. received mi prize from foo, ha, nothing special, onli 20bucks popular voucher. shuning got 90 bucks lor, wonder how she is going to spend it all. mai miao got top for hcl. wow! then huiwen also. ha, band peeps are smart pp after all. =)

PRAISE THE LORD for giving mi the best dae of mi life.

woke up at 5, saw amelia's msg. then slept till 730, then she call me meet her at 8. oh my, i surely cannot make it, so i tell her i will be late.

1st obstacle: parents. hav to convince/trick them somehow. lol, bad me. told them going at 8 instead of 9 forbreakfast n to look at ndp decor'. worked, except the breakfast part.

ready by 8 liao, then they wan to pick me up aft tuition then go kallang mrt. tis is bad, 2nd obstacle. so, clever mi told them tat aft tuition i go bishan to meet a 'fren' then we go kallang together. PRAISE THE LORD i managed to get awae with tat one. so mi parents wun be interfering with mi plans liao.

3rd obstacle: breakfast. actually can eat n then go at 8 de, then breakfast (pao) is onli half cooked aft 15 mins. lol. forced to stay back. then they say i so kan chiong todae then the pao not totally cooked. finally, ate at 815 then went down to 'tuition'

4th obstacle, rushing against time. pon tuition, cook up excuse later. took cab and reached kallang in 15 mins, $6. called amelia, found out tat dey all walk to sis le. then i lost mi wae to sis two times. 1st i almost walk to lavender mrt dere, then turn back. then hav to cross road to kallang airport. called amelia, told me tat hav to make detour. so i followed a grp in front of me and walked, almost fell into drain. then walk for 15min, reach stadium bridge dere. no way ta cross. pp jaywalk, but i good, go to overhead bridge 500m awae. then cross and walked past national stadium to sis. called amelia, told me at carpark. confused liao, walk to waterfront (car park D), got pp queueing then called again. say wad bridge, i went to the bridge over kallang river de, then she say is not the one got river but is another one at THE OTHER SIDE of sis. tired liao, ran to dere, saw loadds of pp queueing over a bridge and finally found dem at 9.30. saw amelia with ena, emily n sarah. called tuition centre, told the cashier auntie tat got 'family gathering' lol (must call, if not pesky aunties call mi house and ruin mi, cos i pon n didn't tell parents)

then they there eating roti prata. waited n waited. went inside sis (at last) and emily was finding the guys n cynthia. found dem, shocked tat jiachen came. lol. then wenta find seats. the guys with mi went to find seat. took a long time. toured the whole sis, then wenta balcony. dey damn nice, very kind. got andy, yongzhou, jeremy and the rest can't rmb liao.

then the service started. sang some songs. i suddenly felt so enthu, felt the power of God in me as we sand and prayed. PRAISE THE LORD. enjoyed miself. those songs are so damn nice lor. chc is realli such an active church, veri lively and frenly. then the newbie part, i stood and shook the hands of many harvesters ard me. veri happy and touched, n surprises? at their enthuism. then was testimony. touched and blessed. then pastor kong spoke. i was moved. shared bible with jiachen and took down 2 pages of notes. the sermon was veri nice, realli took us into His arms. learnt a lot. determined to get a bible liao. learny lots n lots of things. then we were blessing each other loadds of times.then sang sum rocky song again. so engrossed, feli His presence in the hall. raise mi hands n prayed. dunno how to tongue, then prayed in eng n chi. mi neighbours are so nice lor, realli made mi feel welcome. then sang national dae song. then sang and prayed again. woots, felt blessed and refreshed. i try to download the lyrics of the song later.

aft the wonderful service PRAISE THE LORD. met the girls and went outside. chatted with the guys and yongzhou said tat it was gd i felt His presence cos He has something for me. then they were like shocked tat i live so far. then talked to jeremy about nhss, then ask mi guess his age. i said 24, then he say dun make himso old cos he's onli 19. then also toked with cynthia. she is such a gd leader lor. all harveaters are great, thanks for making feel welcome. then amelia n ena left. then crossed the waterfront bridge to tanjong rhu. then waited for bernard at busstop. toked to the guys, then jeremy was kinda surprised at the barrier at the condo. then chatted with yongzhou n andy.

ha, learned to look sanguine. hehs. todae got back his-11/15=fail. ha shuning will get fullmarks de lorrhs. why am i lagging so far behind? think too much liao *slap miself*

lit test was hard, fail liao. the poem- i dun understand a word of it. if pass is miracle liao. el compre anyhow do, slept for 20min, din bother to check.

aft sch was chem, blah, convalent, ionic bonding shit, can't rmb anything=( then went band. set a tenor, played 2 pages of alvamar, sch song and national anthem. dunno why the D always squeak leh. irritating.then wenta rehearsal. tired loadds. watch them how to fold flag. then mr tan say not nice (our songs, nota flag). tell us muz improve. jiayou!! cai qin stood on table for bugle piece. damn loud. admire her loadds. then the drums were like so loud and marvellous lor. aft rehearsal 6+ liao. went back band room.

band muz assemble at 7, but then i got wad stoopid prize thing- heh, cannot believe i get prize. tot for 1st three onli, or maybe subject. impossible...

went home washed out. tml got tuition. borring. then they also want mi 10/8 holiday too, bastards man. can't even spare me a hol for ct. inhuman.

ha, july and august seem like mi unlucky mths. all mi results all drop during this period. last year also. must hav too many troubles.

seem troubled lately, veri easy flare up. sry pp if i showed u attitude.

music sang sum NDP songs. then she say tat s'pore no natural resources except its pp. then if you are a non-s'porean and you dun respect our country, you could jolly well get out. was inspired lor.

maths got back test. 15/20 not too bad lah. can't believe shuning got 12 lor, wad's wrong with her these few daes? meatball say a lot of careless. mingliang, seryang and jenboon got fullmarks.

raining during recess, stayed and did hcl hw. bad me. geog- poon came and toked. lunch help poon distribute geog wb and file to 2/6 n 2/5.mingliang told me 2/5 taking photo.

english- hannah postponed test till tml cos not enuf papers and not enuf time. lol. then did sum grammer thing then wenta photo shoot. shawn and seryang were toking bout me and__ in eng. farni lor. like how they noe de. =)

art was farni. toh bitch was complaining tat our class wad neber obey instruction. give her rubbish work. well, u are rubbish and tat is the least u should expect of us. didn't finish with the lantern design. went home and do, look like crap.

wenta bird park for some maths thing.chng took our class. not bad lah actually, she quite nice now. then waited for 1st batch ta finish then went into the theaterette. grped with yaozhong, cy james, weixin and ym. went to the parade thing first. damn crowded.

finally wenta watch the bird show. so farni lor, the eagle thing hit my head man. cool. then finished and handed in.

seems like something serious always happen at our sch. the vandalism, weiru and now theft of i-dunno-wad. can't go up to second floor this morning. locked off. wenta class and checked and toh gave me the classlist to fill in the lantern grp.

assembly was torture man. 3hr sitting like a statue. first wad speak gd eng competition. shuning didn't win. judges biases lor. but then all veri lan lor, got stutter, stop still can win prize. omg, this sch is becoming weirded by the min.

the the musical, saw sharine in 3/1 skit.blah. veri nice lah actually.veri creative.but then too tired after the eng comp. can't absorb anything. lol then 3/4 performed. then some police guys came and crapped about crime prevention. assembly torture, esp to those not feeling well. *sobs

aft sch was cheer. class not enthu one, half zao liao. then the bitch came to scold us. crap,crap,crap. say wad everything ask us join all dun wan say boring. then took 1/2hr to get us to stand.we practises for 1/2 hour onli. then everyone was like ver sian.

like. give me an S: sssssssss...... then reach the e: eeeeeee! then shout singapore de shi hou: singggaappooore. toh say like funeral. sent half de class go then bitched the other half. actually onli 15pp finally.

break, wenta band room, tune mi section. then rush down. finally at 3.05, found everyone and went downstairs.saw 2/5. so good lorrhs. lose face lah me. ena led cheer, so united not like us funeral march.

finally our turn. repeated the funeral march again. judges like lian cho cho de. then lyesim call us and force us to add more things like kallang wave and handsign. practised. then the final one. shuning, stella, shawn and me led cheer. not bad but still a bit funeral. mian qiang pass lah. who cares.

wenta band. setup and went 2/2 classrm. saw lyesim and told me can draw saxophone for lantern. say the things poking out make a veri nice lantern.lol. came down met ena looking for seryang then she and genevieve wished me luck on that thing. hahas.

practised national anthem and school song.veri nice lah. call yj chui. not bad lorrh she, got potential de. then foxfire. everyone tired liao. then announcement de shi hou amelia gave me wad brochure on city harvest 16 anniversary de. sounds nice. she call mi whole section go. but i see who going first then i go, if not not nice lah. but there is a high chance that i will be going.

tml got band! yay! finally. can use tenor or alto tml. practice for fun. heh=) sectional.

still got 3 shenhuosuibi, 1 yuedubaogao, two book reviews and chem remedial on fri. joy koh wants an extra lesson also. busy but common test, one way of success is to eat well. yep. food makes you study betta=more energy=better grades!
